Program Managers:
We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals to drive our growth with leading Brands and HealthCare Clients.
Working as part of a small and dynamic team, Program Managers act as the bridge between Clients and our technical and marketing teams. Program Managers manage the day to day mobile program responsibilities, including defining Client program requirements, drafting program details, setting up programs on our application platforms, troubleshooting, and reporting on program performance.
A Program Manager will need to:
- Develop a thorough understanding of Rip Road's technical products and services to exceed Clients' requirements.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to act on their own initiative.
- Be organized and persistent in pursuing their responsibilities.
- Be comfortable working in a detailed marketing and technical environment.
- Have an aptitude and enthusiasm for understanding complex systems and their applications.
- Have 1 - 2 years commercial experience, though exceptional applications will always be considered.

Sales Director:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Director to join our team. The individual will be responsible for selling mobile programs to major Brands and HealthCare Clients.
The individual will have proven experience in digital and/or mobile marketing sales and demonstrate the ability to build strong Client relationships.
A Sales Director will need to:
- Achieve revenue targets by generating leads and initiating new Client relationships.
- Develop sales strategies for Rip Road's mobile products and technologies.
- Develop compelling sales pitches.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospects.
- Forecast, track and report sales performance.
- Raise the profile of the Rip Road brand among prospective Clients.
- Be extremely self motivated.
- Thrive working in a start-up environment.
- Have strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Be enthusiastic and sincere.
- Have 5 - 10 years of digital and/or mobile marketing sales experience and be able to provide relevant references.
The Sales Director can be located anywhere in the U.S.
