AXE SMS DATE MATE LOCATER - MOBILE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All mobile SMS programs for AXE run on the code 89183. This program is provided by Unilever. Unilever does not charge to use this service, however your Wireless Service Provider may charge for sending and/or receiving messages and air-time.

Service Terms:
1. The AXE Date Mate SMS locater application provides you with location suggestion for dates – gives you a name and address of a location along with a review and a tip on dating (the "Service"). Please note that to process your requests for this Service, you may be charged a fee to send and/or receive messages, i.e., standard messaging charges, based on the terms of your wireless plan. Other charges may also apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Check with your Wireless Service Provider for details relating to your wireless plan. 2. Unilever will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

3. This service is available on the following carriers: Alltel, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cellular One, Cellular South, Cincinnati Bell, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile.
